Bank Valuations show market record in the Algarve

When you buy your home and ask for a bank loan, it's mandatory that your house is valuated by a certified property appraiser. These valuations take in account the actual physical conditions of the property, but mainly the comparable market. What this shows is that housing prices in Portugal raised almost 14%, and specially in the Algarve raised almost 18%, compared to 2021.
